Meet Our Instructors
London is a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Yoga Teacher. London began his fitness career early in life with football and wrestling. He found his love for yoga by going to a Vinyasa class in college just for stretching purposes, but realized there was so much more to the practice than the physicality's. He enjoys challenging his students by focusing on enhancing static and dynamic strength and mobility in his classes. His classes are high energy, driven by unorthodox, yet appealing music.
